This is one of the most rewarding areas of my homeopathy practise.

I offer women a four month programme of remedies to optimise fertility coupled with herbal drops to normalise the hormones and supplements to ensure the right vitamins and minerals are present.  The 4 month programme is to ensure that women can come for treatment knowing how much it is going to cost them and that they do not have to commit to endless appointments in pursuit of their goal to conceive and carry a child.

The Fertility Programme intends to get women ovulating regularly and consistently especially if their cycle has been disrupted from use of the contraceptive pill which suppresses ovulation. It is important to get the woman ovulating again with regularity so that the timing of sex can be timed to coincide with the egg being released. This is often achieved after just one month on the programme. A good ovulatory mucous (the vaginal mucous a woman has around Day 14 of her cycle) is also essential for pregnancy to occur as the sperm has to travel up to the egg in the mucous and it is this that is often damaged by the contraceptive pill and illnesses such as thrush. Many women do not see a change in their vaginal discharge depending on the time of their cycle. It is vital that this occurs and after a month on the treatment this has usually improved immeasurably increasing the chances of a successful implantation if an egg has been released.

Once the woman is consistently ovulating successfully and predictably, there is a far higher chance of a pregnancy being achieved. Period problems such as premenstrual pain, headaches, clotting, irregular periods, polycystic ovaries etc are also addressed as the female hormones rebalance themselves and problems right themselves
